You must include a return label in case any unsold works must be returned. All artworks should arrive in one case, or one box, and includes enough wrapping/packaging for the return journey if unsold.

How can I see my art on exhibition if I do not attend?
Professional photographers and videographers will create a documentary of the whole event to be published on our Facebook and Website. They are instructed to capture each artwork, however this cannot be 100% guaranteed, unless you indicate this in the extra orders available - where you can opt in for a mini-series of your own artworks on show.

Any advice on shipping Artworks?
We recommend not to ship any glass, ceramics, or any other fragile artworks. Artworks should not be heavier than 12 KG per artwork. We advise to wrap securely, and to supply enough wrapping/packaging for the return journey if unsold. You must include a return label also for your arranged courier to collect the artworks without any stress. There will be no facilities on site for us to print the labels for you.

You must deliver all artworks in 1 parcel/package/box.

Exhibitors must ship all artworks ready to hang in a secure way, with cord on the back, mirror plates or D-Rings. And must have been tested to carry the weight of the artwork.

Please note you mustn’t under any circumstances use fixtures that are not capable of carrying the weight of your artworks.
